Pick up/delivery of the car outside our opening hours are made upon request and with an additional charge.
In case of an accident or any other incident such as theft etc. the tenant must follow the following procedure:
1. 1. Immediately notify UNIQARS +30 6983056022 - 2310 512225 - In consultation with UNIQARS. The following instructions will be given.
2. Inform immediately with the accident care where the phone number is written on the insurance policy.
3. Immediately inform the railway company
4. Record the details of the car(s) and persons involved in the incident and any eyewitnesses
5. Acknowledge no third party claims whatsoever.
6. To collect any relevant information and any documents or evidence (e.g. photographs, names of persons involved).
7. To complete and sign a relevant accident declaration to UNIQARS.
-Cleaning: if the car is returned in a condition that requires cleaning beyond the usual.
-Fuel: if the car is returned with a lower fuel level than normal.
-Custom Seats: Provided on request subject to availability, at an additional charge per day.
-Snow Chains: Provided upon request, at an additional charge per day.
-Loading on a ship
It is only allowed with the written approval of UNIQARS PAPADATOS CARS otherwise the lessee/driver is liable for all damage caused to the vehicle during its transport from any cause, regardless of any cover and liability limitations accepted and paid at the beginning of the rental.
-The Exit Outside the Border
Is allowed only with the registered approval of UNIQARS PAPADATOS CARS and the corresponding extra charge.
All fines and administrative penalties resulting from the driver's fault are the full responsibility of the lessee/driver.
